All the trays did not have a cover/ lid, just covered with transparent clear wrap (there’s holes). The beancurd (mushroom with beancurd) tasted sour and the buns for the beancurd were hard (feedback from guests within an hour after buffet was ... More set up): other dishes were not up to expectation.
