Communication: The person-in-charge was very prompt in contacting me and was very approachable over the phone. However, she didn't respond to my message and calls the day before and even an hour before the event, causing me to fear that there might ... More be a no-show. Luckily, Iniga did deliver, in good time for the event.

Food: Here is where I wonder how standards could differ so greatly from previous reviewers. The menu looks good in its variety and festive theme however the taste of the dishes leave much to be desired. The baked potato was undercooked - the slices were hard. The spaggheti bolognaise wasn't particularly tasty. The prawns tasted fine but weren't firm enough. The only good cooked dish was probably the turkey as it wasn't dry. The fruit was fresh but the portions could have been bigger - half a mango for 15 pax to share, really?

I'm disappointed because I organised it for an office party and I felt bad making people pay for food that they generally didn't want to finish.
