The fish was surprisingly good, still crispy even though the food came 1 hour late.
The prawn and duck were not well received during the event but when I reheated the leftover for dinner, they were actually good. The duck was tender and nice when ... More warm but my guest commented the meat was tough during the event.
The chicken was really really BAD! It tasted weird and a bit bitter. Not sure if it supposed to taste like this or it had gone bad. Luckily most people just took one bite and discarded it.
Overall, I was a bit disappointed. The food came late by 1 hr and there was only one guy delivering the food. The event started at 12 and when all set up it was 1:30 pm. Though I was told the food maybe late but most caterers would say that just in case. This is the first time I actually experienced this and it was embarrassing!
