High hopes, but ultimately a let down

Ordered from this caterer due to the rave reviews online. I must say that I was disappointed with how the food turned out. Food was mainly dark coloured (it’s Chinese New Year!), fried fish was too tough and vege was too soft and yellowish. ... More Perhaps the quality went awry due to it being Chinese New Year, but I am not giving it another chance for being such a let down and disappointing my guests on day 1 of a lunar new year.
