???? Have you heard of ordering a buffet menu for 25 pax but the caterer never include drink ? ???? +Robert Catering is totally blacklisted by me ❌ This will be my 1st & the LAST time I’m ordering from this caterer! ⛔️ Order with them at ... More your own risk ⚠️

???? 1) Super-Late ! No punctuality ~ Caterer supposed to arrive to set up the buffet at 7pm at my place. By 7pm, all my guests have arrived but the caterer only arrived to set-up the buffet at 7.40pm

???? 2) Stingy on the burners ~ This is the first time I saw the caterer only put 1 burner for each long tray of dish. Usually supposed to be 2 burners for each tray of dish.
The food took super-long to heat up especially the curry.
The fire on the burner is weak ???? OMG ????
For those with 2 trays of food in one set-up, only 1 pathetic lousy burner to heat up both sides of the food. Impossible ! One side of the food will definitely get cold. When I called up the caterer to question about the burner, the caterer insisted only 1 burner for each tray of dish is enough ????
To wait for all the food to warm-up, my guests can only eat ard 9pm !!!!! ????

???? 3) Pathetic misery serving of food ~ I have ordered food for 25 pax but I though the food served to me is for 15 pax ????

???? 4) NO DRINKS GIVEN !!!!! ~ This one is totally unforgivable.
I was appalled when I saw there was NO Drinks. I thot the caterer has forgotten about my Fruit Punch but the deliverer said don’t have. When I called up the caterer, the staff Joanne informed me this shocking news “ My Christmas Buffet Menu has NO Drinks !” I was speechless , I ordered the most expensive Christmas Buffet Menu from them and I have no drinks for my guests. I remember when calling them to order, I was told there will be Fruit Punch by default. Lucky recently I have ordered 2 boxes of Apple Juice from Japan ????
Becos I said I wanna complain then the caterer sent me fruit punch when all my guests already eaten finish

???? 5) Quality & standard of food only average ~
Wheat Prawn is dry / Curry is sweet / Fried Sotong ball no sauce provided even though caterer said will have sauce /
Sweet & Sour Fish is the worse , dry fish with tomatoes thickener / Mango Pudding only have bits & small pieces mostly sweet water / Fruit Tarts only so-so

???? 6) Disappointing & unprofessional service ~ I never expect top-notch excellent service but I’m left with embarrassment to face my guests. Food arrived late + Not enough food + No drinks + Average-tasting food … it was supposed to be a Holly Jolly Merry Christmas Partay to spread some cheers & happiness ???? Ho Ho Ho !
