Food portion is very generous, and not oily, salty, very healthy, won't get thirsty after eating. Very good customer service.

Curry Chicken-Very Good-one of the hot favourite
Sweet & Sour Sliced Fish-Good-not enough ... More sauce, a bit too dry version
Cereal fish-Very good-Fragrant, Cereal a bit too sweet, maybe can reduce amount of sugar when cooking.
Salad Prawns-Very Good-Portion a bit too small for 11 pax, so I order Double portion, just enough to be eaten, Prawns very fresh
Pork Rib King-Very Good
Deep Fried Spring Roll-Good, portion a bit too small for 11 pax, taste very old school
Kailan w/Mushroom-Very Good, Chinese mushroom quality not so good, not so tender, don't mind portion reduced for better quality Chinese mushrooms.

Overall guests are happy with the food, and we don't feel thirsty after that, Curry chicken is a very popular dish. Good Feedback, will order again surely. Healthy less salt, less oil, no msg with big portion caterer We ever encounter, keep it up, and hope to improve on my feedback too. Will recommend to other friends.
