Long time customer of caterer. Reliable service. While they try to maintain prices, food quality has dropped slightly. Please let us have more green leafy vegetables. Thanks.

Has been a customer of caterer for a number of years. Like that it does not collect transport fees and it is pretty flexible. Quality of food deteriorated slightly probably due to inflation and increased food prices.

My usual Tingkat provider… has been reliable and value for money. Best is do not charge transport and condo fees. Thanks.

Long time customer. This round food quality has dropped and they keep repeating same/similar dishes (eg omelette 3x in 5 days) within a week. I guess they have no choice as food prices keep increasing while they maintained their prices. Hope the ... More next round of order will see some improvements on not repeating dishes so often at least.

Repeat Tingkat orders as this caterer is reliable and punctual. Food variety needs a bit of improvement. Price is reasonable too.

Food was delivered on time but they were cold. The E-fu noodle was so dried up that it did not taste well. The yam ring and dessert too tasted weird. There were a number of dishes that had prawns in them that were unexpected. Food arrived well ... More packed, and the plates and cutlery were provided as indicated.

I like their new containers where they spilt each dish into separate compartments. I think this is brilliant idea in times of Covid to reduce food sharing.

Regular customer of this caterer. Generally punctual and value for money. Hopefully quantity of meat dishes can increase a bit. Sometimes too little, mainly bones.
