I placed the order way in advance , owner asked for a full amount payment which I promptly made. Emphasised that I need food delivered by 5pm right after payment was made. He agreed but on the day of event at 5.30 pm food was still not delivered, ... More called him and he said food will be leaving now from the restaurant!! Absolutely unacceptable and yet unapologetic response. I only received food close to 7pm and had to seek other alternative via grab food thanks to this useless restaurant. Mutton was not well cooked and had more onions slices than meat slices , food portion was pathetic and the chicken was nothing great! Will never order Indian food again thanks to this extremely bad service!!

The food was bit delayed as kitchen was very busy with catering orders and this was communicated to customer and the food reached at the destination mentioned by customer by 5.45 pm but the address mentioned by the customer led to Michael & Ora ... More Hotel in maps as Customer did not mention the Hotel Name when the booking was made so it was wrong hotel and the correct hotel name - Equarius Hotel was given by the customer upon reaching the 1st hotel location and driving around Sentosa is not easy so driver parked at the 1st hotel and walk and delivered by 6.30 pm to the second hotel after checking and waiting at the 1st hotel location.

Next time when booking is made please also mention the Hotel / Building name also instead of address only.
Anyways, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thanks.

The service is great and it's my second time ordering from them. Sambal Nasi Goreng is excellent and so is the char siew chicken. No complaints on the food and the portion for 15 pax was more than enough. Will definitely order again.

Excellent service with the food portion just right for 15 pax. The caterers exceeded to my requests and the Sambal Nasi Goreng was excellent. Hokkien fried noodle was great for kids and in conclusion, everyone loved the food.
