Food standard were not as good as expected & portion not enough for 15paxs, juz enough for 13paxs. Good dishes: Spare ribs, EeFu noodles, fruit tarts. Not so good dishes: prawn salad was different from seller's website photo - fried pawn with thick, ... More soggy batter. Order rec'd 530pm but at 630pm broccoli started to have sourish taste/smell & big container of watery, no taste gravy given. Dessert changed 3x due to supplier issue & agar agar was given but don't taste like agar agar - not hard, it's liquid stage which most of my guest threw away. Salted egg chicken were small pieces, so different from previous orders portions. Seemed the price paid was not appropriate for the food standard, portion provided for this order.

Sea cucumber dish is nice & much thick sea cucumber given & we were surprised with the quality. Noodles, prawn dishes ... More were good & quite much scallop w thick crunchy mushroom given with broccoli. Fish were soggy as soaked up the gravy, pork ribs were tough due to over fried. Overall taste is good for the big portions, not so oily dishes. Price abit steep though...
