Good arrived timely. Tastes exactly like home cooked food, not too salty. Vegetable dishes were good. Opted for 4 dishes so one of the dishes was usually a processed food.

Food arrived still warm in the provided cooler bag. Great service standards as they accommodated my every request. Soup and red date drink was delivered in thermal flasks separately. Very deserving of its many accolades.

Delivery timing was relatively regular and on time. Food had a variety of offerings. Intend to renew.

This was our 2nd cycle, but food was not as good as first cycle. This cycle had repeated dishes of peanuts, either braised or with ikan bilis. Ikan Bilis was very salty and hard to chew. Food portion was generous, food was tasty and suits our tastes. Have renewed order for another cycle so that says it all.

Food was delivered on time, and caterer usually provides nice green, leafy vegetables. Some of the dishes are really cheap though, with bean sprouts and eggs and fried tofu at times. Review is based on current tingkat prices before increase.

Food tends to be a tad oily for our taste. Portion tends to be on the lesser side. On some days, the food seems to be really insignificant, with cucumber, 8pcs tofu, 4 fishball, 2 pcs fish. Other days, food can be quite nice though. Have reordered ... More for another cycle to try.

Nice food, not too oily nor salty which suits our tastes. Good customer service, prompt delivery. Only thing we noticed was that there were less green, leafy vegetables as vegetables provided were mostly cabbage, cauliflower and pickled/salted ... More vegetables.

Good service by Hong Choo. Have renewed with them many times. Prices have gone up though it’s still affordable.

Price of the Tingkat has increased by $10. Tingkat quality varies on days and is a little inconsistent. One of the few caterers to provide fish bits instead of the frozen breaded fillets.
