Food was quite tasty. Not very salty or oily. Portions are ok for two adults. Vegetables were a little disappointing as it was mostly gourds, and leafy vegetables were bitter. As with most tingkats, one of the dishes will be a processed food for ... More 4-dishes option. So far, quite disappointing that none of the companies offer non-processed options for 4th dish continuously.
Be aware that the company only replaces meals stopped up to 4 days. Beyond that, no replacement will be done. Quite disappointing as other companies were more flexible in that regard but at least Fongfu tells you the conditions upfront.

Repeat order. Ordered from this caterer before. However, this time round the quantity of the food has reduced greatly and I usually need to supplement at least one dish myself. Also, every meal now has one processed dish, as compared to my previous ... More experience where there was only one or two processed food per week. Taste wise, still better than other caterers though.

Best caterer amongst all that we chose. Only caterer to provide fresh steamed fish instead of fish fillets or fried fish. Likely will renew.

Not the first time ordering from this caterer. Service is good although food may vary in quantities at times. Prices have gone up since we first ordered from them though.

Food is generally ok, one of the best caterers that we have tried. Customer service is also very prompt when we provide feedback or need to make special arrangements. Prices have gone up considerably since we first started though.

Food was quite tasty, not oily. Best tingkat we tried so far, and we tried 4 already. We would have preferred it if food could be delivered earlier. At times, some parts of the fried dishes came badly burnt (ie. totally black). Also, the fish dishes ... More with gravy came soggy and unrecognizable in broken pieces-very unappetizing. Portion was just nice for 2. Would be continuing though.

Portions are quite small compared to another caterer that we tried. However, the menu is better as there is less processed food. Dishes are also more tasty though it’s also more oily.
