We have ordered from them umpteen times. Still like their menu variety. Price has increased though. Hope they maintain the food standard.

We renewed our Tingkat for 20 Days after a month of hiatus. Still love their food compared to other caterers.

One of the few Tingkat providers we have tried for several rounds, returning each time as their food is suitable for the elderly and folks like the taste for most dishes. However, taste of soup seems to have chnaged compared to the past times. Most ... More days they taste the same now, even though ingredients added is slightly different. Overall, soup is not as flavourful as last time so folks have suggested that we switch to 4 Dishes instead

We renewed for another 10 days, this time trying 4 Dishes instead of our usual 3 Dish + 1 Soup. Overall satisfied with the change as the soup seems to have dropped in standard from past times.

Items quite tasty and most had a home-cooked feel. Love that they make an effort to have variety in the menu and takes customer's feedback seriously. Soups may not follow the menu schedule faithfully but that is fine. Price has increased compared ... More to last time. Hope will see corresponding increase in food quality such that their tingkat remains competitive & value for money. Shall return soon once our home dining schedule permits

Repeat customer. Again, hope their menu can be released for more weeks instead of fortnightly. Will return soon as folks wanted a change of taste.

In terms of food variety is ok. We previously commented that their braised dishes are good but this time round when we are on their 20 Days dinner service, we felt that the braised dishes were a bit overload. Older folks at home started to get a ... More little sick of the same taste. Soups were not entirely according to menu, but still good and not diluted. Shall return soon

We continued for another 10 Days. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. We were looking forward to trying their Braised Duck but unfortunately that dish was changed last minute. They replaced it with something else. One little feedback for ... More caterer's consideration: hope the serving size for the Tung Hoon Fish Ball Soup can be increased. 3 mini fish balls and a small clump of vermicelli is not filling for the stomach.. it also makes the soup look a little pathetic (when compared to your other daily soups)

Some hits and misses. This time round the seafood was not as fresh. Some dishes in the menu were also replaced at the last minute.

Repeat Order. Generally ok, Hits and misses but their braised dishes are good and soups have definitely improved. Will return again soon
