Food sometimes quite bad, especially the vegetables sometimes taste sour. Overall felt that the food standard is dropping each cycle I ordered. Whenever we call the hotline, the person was very rude as well. Sometimes we really can't remember the Tingkat end date or lost the invoice and the staff will reply "you can't see ... More your email or words like email already sent what" Food can arrived either too early (230pm) or very late (6.45pm) and it always arrive cold and have to heat up.

The food standard dropped a little as compare to last month. The service by the call centre was bad too. I have lost the copy of invoice and unable to locate in my email as well. I called to enquire my end date but the staff replied rudely "you ... More cannot check your email inbox?" I was shocked on the service standard.

The food menu can be better improved. Sometimes I received on the same day fishball/fishcake with sweet sour sauce and steam egg. no other source of meat. Another day can be nuggets and fishball sweet sour sauce. The food can be better balanced out.

Overall food nice but food can be very cold and sometimes cheaper food menu such as fish ball or harshbrown. it can be better for the price paid.
