The food generally tasted good except for the yusheng which used fried fish skin that wasn't crispy anymore. The portions were more than enough. The biggest bug bear was the service standard and caterer's unresponsiveness. Whatsapp request the day ... More before to receive food between 12.30 to 1pm was unanswered. Delivery time was stated as between 12-2pm and delivery arrived just at 2pm. Repeated calls to check delivery status were unanswered and we only received whatsapp replies after 1.35pm. For caterer to be totally unresponsive was really unnerving as we were hosting CNY lunch for friends with kids. At least if we knew lunch would likely come at 2pm, we could have informed friends in advance.
