We catered this mini buffet for a gathering, and while some of the dishes were enjoyable, there were a few items that could be improved.

The Signature Curry Chicken was rather salty, while the Hong Kong Style Fried Noodle was not quite to our ... More liking in terms of texture and taste.

The Salad Prawn with Raisins was also a little concerning. The prawns had an unusual salty taste and did not taste as fresh as expected, with a slightly odd aftertaste.

The Mini Chocolate Éclair also tasted different from the usual éclairs we have had elsewhere. The flavour and texture were not quite what we expected, although this may come down to personal preference.

Overall, the food was acceptable, but we felt that these items could be improved, particularly the prawns in terms of freshness and taste.
