Very upset with food ordered.

There are days when 2 days with same 2dishes from the day before.

Some food also turn sour, really lousy as food was covered and delivered at 3plus and we only eat at 6plus.

Everyday got processed food.

Was really lousy food. As hub has gout, they are days he practically got nothing to eat. Like the picture uploaded, they are all beans and hub need to cook maggie mee. My teenagers don't eat too. Really lousy Food but price is cheap.

Admin staff follow up svc is efficient and good.

Food arrive at 3plus and by 7pm when we eat, can imagine cold and unwelcome food on the table.

Food wise some dishes super salty. Veg is bland and nice. One fried fish very weird, so sweet.

Review was good but food we had wasn't fantastic. Ordered for sister family and comments was so so from family. Will not order again.

Ordered for 2 rounds and found their food so so. Was expecting the same food day after day, hope they can add innovation to the food

Food always come in thermal bag so as to maintain the heat. Food is lukewarm when consume at 6ish.
Food variety is good and soup is tasty everyday. No complaints except quite expensive. Costs $24 per day for 2pax dinner.

The food generally is good but abit salty. Last 3days my orders were mixed up but they did good svc recovery.

First time and last time. 1st day was bad experience.
The 罗汉斋 was sourish. All other dishes were salty and the soups were very bland. I expect better soup but the soup that was served for the past 3 days do not have the after taste of ... More pork/chicken, it tasted very bland and watery.

Today's prawns was good and fresh. That is the only consolation. I will not order from this caterer. I wonder why so mnay good comments for this caterer that led to me ordering from them. You decode.
