Food came on time.
Generally the food was ok. Nothing really wow about it. However some people commented that they enjoyed the curry.
I personally enjoyed the salted egg fish, ngoh hiang.
Basically the food was average in my opinion.

Food is salty. There were about 30% of food which tasted decent but most were nothing fantastic. Not much variety either. I wouldn't renew my order with hewtop even though they are cheap.

Some food was alright but generally i didnt like the food. Most of the time veg is just cabbage "seasonal veg". Fish n soup are really salty too.

Food is cheap but not nice.
Did not enjoy the food.

FISH IS SO SALTY ALL THE TIME.

Sometimes the dishes are ok but it's a hit and miss.
Won't recommend

Despite so many good reviews from others, I really don't enjoy their food.
In particular, the fish is VERY salty ALL the time.
Also once the tofu tasted sour- probably spoilt since they cooked it so early.

i really love their food and variety.

I AM SO SAD THAT THEY NO LONGER OFFER TINGKAT SERVICES ANYMORE :((
Will really miss them.

I always enjoy the food at Tingkat Mama.
Food always arrives on time at 5pm and is still warm when eaten.
I love that their food menu is always so varied and consists of different cuisines (e.g. katsu curry, thai basil pork, western dishes) not ... More always chinese food like other caterers. foodline.
Food is always nice and yummy and I look forward to dinner time because of Tingkat mama.

Food is always nice and warm. Comes on time too. Been with tingkat mama for 6 months and one of their first few customers through foodline:) No regrets.

Been ordering from this caterer for the past half a yr. Recently I started ordering fot 3 pax instead of 2 but found on some occasions that the food is not enough for 3. This is especially the case with soup which is only enough to fill 2 small ... More bowls . Hope the quantity can be consistently enough for 3 pax.
