Will not order again, waste of money.

Firstly, driver called me 2 mins before my event and said he was unable to bring the food up to my office because his delivery truck exceeded the height limit of my building's carpark entrance, and he could not park along the road to make the ... More delivery for fear of getting summoned. I had to personally make 3 separate trips down to the back of the office building to collect my food for the same order because I was only given a torn warmer bag which was not big enough for all the food, no trolley was provided. Driver was apologetic and had a pleasant attitude, but it was still an absolutely horrible experience. I have ordered from other caterers plenty of times and this is the first time encountering such an issue.

Secondly, the cheesy nacho was just plain inedible. The nachos were all stale and simply a waste of calories. No one touched it because it was unpalatable. The cheese was good, but the nachos are a complete disappointment. The whole tub went into the bin = food wastage.

The Chin Chow with Longan dessert was too sweet, colleagues described it as drinking concentrated syrup.

The carbo was extremely generous, 2 huge containers of QQ Gua Zai Meat Fried Rice (Veg) and 12 of us barely manage to clear 1 container = more food wastage.

Colleagues described the food as cai fan (economical rice) quality and not even like the better ones. Totally not worth it for the price paid.

Insufficient disposable cutlery was given. I ordered for 10 pax, obviously for more people but we had to order less to avoid food wastage. One of my colleagues counted 11 sets of cutleries only. I was sent scrambling for disposable cutleries from other departments.

TLDR: I will never order from this caterer again and you're better off ordering from other caterers.

We have tried a few caterers, and this is the only one that my 5-year-old eats without any complain. Soup is tasty. Wish the food portion can be slightly bigger. Only gripe is that food is stated best consume before 6.15pm, we get off work at 6pm ... More and usually only have dinner at 7.30pm, sometimes 8pm. Nevertheless, food has not gone bad so far during the 10 days we have tried Jessie. We will be repeating our order.

Delivery came about an hour earlier than my event, but food is still lukewarm when served more than an hour later. Thumbs up for that. The Baked Tiger Prawn with Garlic Herbs Butter and Chocolate Eclairs were a hit, wished they gave more chocolate ... More eclairs because not everyone gets one piece. Understand that it was eclairs and cream puffs but I would rather the caterer replace all the cream puffs with eclairs so everyone can get at least one piece of eclair.

The rest of the food were of average standard only, nothing to shout about. Signature Teriyaki Chicken was dry and tough. The pineapple fried rice does not taste anywhere near how it should taste like. It's more like the generic fried rice with a few chunks of pineapple thrown in as an afterthought.
