It was quite a last minute order and I had called the caterer to ask them to confirm the order. They were very polite and responded to me very fast. it left a good impression for me.
The food arrived on time and was still warm when it ... More arrived.
staff was polite even though he had to wait a while we went to get the payment. The food was ok and portion was bigger than expected.
it was a pleasant experience to order for this caterer.

Firstly, the caterer only send an email informing us to transfer the money so that they can confirm the orders. I was expecting a call instead of just an email as emails can be overlooked.
After transferring the money, there was no news on whether ... More the order was confirmed. The food was late by more than 1.5 hours and we got conflicting information. At 430pm, we got a call to say that we will get the food by 530pm. After 530pm, I have no news, so I called the caterer and was informed the driver will call me. The driver says they will reach in 15-20mins but it was only much later than I got the food. not sure where it went wrong, but our plan to have an early dinner was destroyed.
the food was not fantastic to be honest but well, edible. the salmon yu sheng was not up to expectation for the price of it.
