Food is satisfactory and ok. Delivery is within timeframe (3plus for my side and I'm ok with it). Going to try other tingkat before deciding. Thank you.

Pricing is not the cheapest. Do get prawns once in a blue moon. Taste slightly salty for young kids but still ok for adults. Soup tastes quite interesting.

So far ok with the food, may have fish at times and good that food generally is not too salty. Rice may be a little on the harder side (esp for kids). Taking a break before resuming next time. Customer service / management is quite responsible, ... More responsive and nice.

Everything went on smoothly, my questions answered and request adhered. Cake delivered within time frame too. Thank you.

A little hiccups along the way but was rectified well by the in charge. Portion seems a little smaller than most tingkat. Taste wise is ok.

Lunch tingkat went fine, just that there was some funny aftertaste in the mouth after eating the vegetables (I wonder why) and the deep fried stuff were quite oily. Food arrived quite timely for lunch and portion is ok.

Varied food quality, sometimes were ok sometimes needed more attention. E.g. very fishy tioman slices, cauliflowers with obvious black spots or eggs omelette that tasted a bit off (my kids refused to eat although they are egg-lovers) and slightly ... More saltier soup (subjective of course)
A few hiccups like late deliveries, 7pm and after, and missed food delivery due to system upgrade and got rectified after contacting them. Decent food portion

Ordered vegetarian mini buffet for 10pax.

The dish presentation is good and looks yummy! Food portion is adequate except the beehoon looks slightly sparse.

However, some dishes are on the saltier side (guess the mock meat itself contains an ... More amount of sodium which has been overlooked), especially the beehoon (this is quite unpalatable as it's simply too salty, luckily that day's quantity is not a lot).

It comes with a packet of serviettes, a disposable ladle, tongs, culteries and tablewares as well as a pink table cloth and a garbage bag. In general, it saves us a lot of hassle and is thoughtful to have these included (is mentioned in the listing).
