The Good: Lower priced compared to other caterer's party sets. The Yang Chow Fried Rice is very tasty. The overall presentation in tray and garnish is good. Additional free dish adds to overall value given the low price. The Kai Lan veg dish is also ... More very presentable.

The Bad: The Kai Lan Vegetable dish has lots of negative feedback from guests, as it is rather bland and the veg is quite hard. The small prawn balls look miserable in the big tray. The TMD chicken is really very spicy, too much the guests hardly ate anymore of it. The qty given for prawn ball, pork ribs probably can be increased? The Kai Lan dish has a lot of veggies, looks very full. So there seem to be an imbalance of the qty given (by appearance).
