I did not inform of a level 2 event space and was charged additional $20/flight of stairs. The funny thing was that the flight of stairs had around 10 steps, a slight platform and then another flight of 10 steps;and i was charged $40 additional ... More (Isn't a flight of stairs considered as one if it's level 1 to level 2?) Moreover, i did not want to spoil the mood and i paid the $40 but was rather annoyed as i helped the worker to carry everything up. I contributed to at least 70% of carrying and setting up myself but still had to fork outthe extra charges in full. Additionally, the food came cold and it took close to an hour with the solid fuel below to heat up and had to ask my guest wait for about an hour.food was also bland; well..it was edible but didnt leave an impression. The best was the bo ho cha cha. But on another hand, the delivery timing was punctual and timely (came 45mins before my allocated time) and the setup was beautiful. However, i don't think i would re-order from them in future.
