I had ordered the Tingkat and is my repeated order since I met with an accident 3 months ago that fractured my foot badly. Was handicapped for quite awhile as the healing really takes time. Thanks to FoodLine.sg customer service agent(s), especially ... More Ms Wanyi, who is patience to understand my situation and source the right caterer for me. Through FoodLine.sg, I was introduced to Kim's Catering who is willing to make that exception for me; allergic to certain food/ingredient.
The Pros: I believe it is not easy to cook a meal that captures anyone's heart but the dishes from Kim's Catering are tasty and delicious, the rice grains are properly done. Not only there's good variety of dishes everyday (weekdays only), they served with humanity. They do their best to ensure the food delivered to me is properly packed for easy collection from doorstep, safe for my consumption (without the ingredient that can be dangerous to me). Though they may not be the cheapest online, they are reasonably priced based on dish variety, the taste and proper packaging, in my opinion.
For the Cons: room for improvement to preempt Customers in advance for non-delivery date; the PH off-in-lieu which may not be practiced by most Caterers, though they did follow up on the posted query via SMS/WA after the event/holiday.
