The spread is good BUT very disappointed with how the food tasted.
Baked salmon was tough ; prawns were not fresh as they came soft; Braised Tofu was overly starched; items in the deep fried platter were soft and not crispy; crust of fruit tart ... Durian filling for the puffs is not as rich as desired.
Macarons need improvement on how it looked. It’s a bit chewy but acceptable.
