The food was very delicious. The set up was well on time. Every one really enjoyed the food. The portion was big.

The service was good. The food came well in time. The food items were generally delicious. The spare pork ribs were a little hard though.

The food items were generally OK, except that salted egg chicken was a bit too salty. The Sin Chow Bee Hoon was too bland and too dry. The delivery was also a bit late. We planned to start eating at 11 am and we were told that the delivery would ... More come around 10 am. But in the end, they came only around 10:50 am and we could only start eating around 11:20 am. Our guests were waiting for food.

The food delivery time was getting earlier and earlier. Now it normally comes before 3pm sometimes as early as 2.30 pm. By the time we eat it as dinner the food is not very fresh. There was a day when the tofu with beansprout turned a bit sour. ... More So nowadays, we keep the food in the fridge once it comes and reheat it at the dinner time. Another comment is that, the menu on the web is for 3 dish +1 soup. The veg is stated as seasonal. Since we order 4 dish instead of 3 + 1 soup, we can only see two dishes in the daily menu on the web. We can't tell beforehand what veg and what 4th dish will be for the day. Also, sometimes there seems to be changes to the menu. For instance, on 8/4, it was to be Char Kway Tiao, but it turned out to be Hong Kong style fried noodle. The noodle that day was quite dry and not very tasty. This is the dish that we dislike the most. In spite of the above comments, we think the food and service are generally good, and so we still continue our order.

The Food is delicious and the portion is adequate. We enjoy the food very much. The delivery time is ideal for us. It comes early and thus gives us the flexibility to plan our dinner. This is our first trial of this caterer and we have good ... More impression of this caterer so far. I hope the caterer will continue to maintain the same quality in the remaining period of my trial.
