Ordered this with High expectations; therefore was quite disappointed with the food that was sent over the next few days. I’m Glad that I only ordered for the 5 days trial.
The food is edible, but not fantastic Nor appealing either.

One thing ... More to note is the delivery time (for people staying in Jurong area) - delivery is always done after 1245pm. Kim’s catering stated that food must be consumed by 130pm. However, I received my food at 1255pm for 2 days, and 115pm on one day. That leaves me with 35 and 15 minutes respectively to finish my food.
I have provided my feedback to them, and the lady over the phone mentioned that it was due to the overwhelming orders placed, which I understand it may be due to covid. Just a FYI for future consumers
There was also a day when the driver missed out on my rice, so I called the lady again and they brought back another packet 30 mins later.

Wasn’t very satisfied after the 5 days trial. Will not repurchase.
However, I must say that the customer service lady Lilian, is very sincere and always very willing to help. Thumbs up for her

Second time purchase from vendor. Good for parties and gathering.
Highly recommended

The fruit tartlet was great
I opted for self collection and the place was a little hard to find
But other than that, “It’s A Great buy and the price was worth it!
