The food quality is good and value for money. I ordered 2 pax dinner and the portion of food is reasonable & enough for my teenage boys. I’m particularly glad with the Customer service is quick to respond my request as well and easy to contact.

Yummy tingkat! Different from the other tingkat that I have tried. The food quality is up the mark and also there is extra wapping for the soup to prevent from spill over. Their soup is also very good - with quality ingredients and always very ... More tasty.

The caterer is very responsive in terms of communications too.
Delivery was prompt, Portion of dishes quite generous for 2 paxs and their soups are especially good!

Consistent delivery timing for all delivery dates. As usual, daily soup is highlight of meal. Variety is good and the weekly menu is provided the taste is fine & not too oily.

I did not receive my dinner on 1st day of tingkat and did not receive any reply although WhatsApp the person in charge and called the hotline alot of time no pickup. Until 7:15pm Admin finally pickup the phone and answer they are very busy,gotten ... More back to me almost 7:30pm which we'r super hungry.
This was a very bad experience
The SOUP quantity are much lesser than the other is totally unacceptable from HEWTOP.

2nd day
it arrived 2pm+ Food arrives too early so we usually put in fridge and reheat at 6pm when we want to eat and alot of days we received 1 - 2 pieces chicken in the soup .Portion is slightly lesser than the rest of the caterer i ordered previously.

Also to add-on, is not easy to get through normal calling hence is recommend to if use normal call after 7pm+ should there is other diner would like to give a try. Is To seriously consider.

But total waste of money and try at your own n risk and Was disappointed with HEWTOP quantity and quality of their food. Portion for 2 pax were very little and food were not really very nice.
There are many other good tingkat caterer out there.

We order delivery at 7:30pm.
We had an issue of no show on the days and was not informed.we try to call the company but no people pick up the call.
Suddenly driver arrived at 8:10pm and found out that the delivery is over sending and food was ... More cold.Quite disappointed.
Once you are late , can inform early so we can cook something for kids first.i felt that it wasnt as good considering I had to take much of the initiative, I would say i would rather go with a caterer that is more prompt.
