Delivery of food is too early at abour 3 30 pm. By dinner time, the food is cold and not fresh. During the initial stage when we first ordered, we noticed that the food came very early and we informed Hewtop about it. The lady at Hewtop took note of ... More our feedback and informed us that they would the driver about it. The next day, it was still early. We then informed the delivery man about the early delivery. He also said that he would informed the driver about it.
On one occasion, for one of the dish, chicken nuggets, there was only 3 chicken nuggets delivered. The portion was very small, too small for 3 person. We called Hewtop to inform them about it and they said that it was too early to rectify the oversight as the drivers had all left the premises. They would however, madeup for the shortfall the next say by giving us a bigger portion. The spring rolls dish the next day was about the same portion and not more as agreed. In any case, we decided not to proceed the matter. Generally, we felt that the prawn dishes were quite delicious and the portion were also generous. However, as the food came early, and my family only return from work to have dinner at about 6 pm or 6.30 pm, the food is not fresh anymore.

Food is ok but wish that there are more green leafy vegetable. Steam fish. Patin fish is not expensive.

The food is good and arrival time is also prompt at about 6 15 pm. Just wish that there is more green leafy vegetable.
