Food was well seasoned, not too salty and not too bland. Simple but satisfying. Chicken was about tough but red date tea was to my liking - not too sweet.

The soups were generally quite good but 45% of the dishes were misses. It's pretty poor value for money because this tingkat caterer is a lot more expensive than your average caterer. With the price I am paying, I do expect above-average dishes 85% ... More of the time. The customer service is good.

Excellent food over a 5-day trial period - 90% of the dishes were hits. The soups were unfortunately the misses, they are often too salty. The customer service is great as well, one time they missed out on delivering parts of the order but rectified ... More the issue immediately following a call to them. I would definitely order tingkat from them again but will probably give the soups a miss this time round!

Food was consistently not great - the brown rice was mushy, the soups all taste the same etc. The portions are also small (which I suppose is a godsend when the food isn't good). One great thing is the service but unfortunately that can't make up ... More for the core product (the food) being disappointing.

Food's alright, more misses than hits over the 5 day trial. Portions are also quite small. Soups are pretty good though. Service can definitely be much better - no one called to confirm the order despite me ordering well in advance (a week at least) ... More and I had to call the day before the tingkat is to start to have the staff member tell me they can only confirm that afternoon once they have sorted out the delivery schedule. They did eventually confirm the order but what if the delivery schedule was full? It would have left me high and dry, without any backup plan!
