I appreciate that caterer followed instructions on food preferences and made changes to regular menu accordingly. On the first day, the food was not bad. Flavour and portion wise were decent but after that, everything went downhill. Food was too ... More salty and we were extremely shocked to see the cabbage with black dots served. It was the entire box of cabbage that was in the state. We had to throw that away. Also, when we had the Jing du pork ribs, the meat was too tough and there were many parts without much meat on it. Didn’t feel like it was value for money.

The food was prepared at 2.30pm and we were expected to finish it before 6.30pm. Timing is not very ideal and we don’t have microwave oven to heat the food up so we had to settle for cold food at dinner time.
