Food was pretty homecook but felt that the food arrived really early. Not sure whether food can be kept for so long before eating.

We have been with this tingkat for a few rounds of the 5day package. Tingkat provider takes pride in delivering warm food to the customer by adding on the thermal bags on top of stainless steel containers even for a 5 day package which most tingkat ... More don’t. We are generally satisfied with the food for the price paid. The vegetables dishes can be further improved.

Have been ordering from this tingkat provider for a few rounds. We like them as they use stainless steel containers with thermal bag. Food was delivered warm and we don’t have to heat up. Delivery timing for Tampines area is good too, near dinner ... More time. Food is generally not bad. Just a feedback to management: sauce for steamed pork ribs is nice but the pork ribs were tough.

This is the fourth time ordering. Still continuing as we like the fact the food is still warm when it arrives. Portion is also just right for us.

There is a variety of dishes over these few weeks. Generally simple and home cooked feel. Some hits and misses but overall still satisfied. Area of improvement: vegetables eg wongbok may be of too big size. Maybe can cut off the thicker ends. ... More Service from this tingkat provider is good!

Second time ordering. Food portion has improved and we are satisfied with the food variety provided. Going for it for the third time.

We love the food. Taste good and less salty and oily. Another plus point is that Tampines delivery time is around 6pm, just nice for dinner. However, for our 3 pax order the food portion seems insufficient as shown in review photos. The management ... More may want to look into the food portion for 3-4pax. Otherwise it may seem to not be able to justify for a high price paid.
