Repeat customer. Happy to receive my lunch earlier this time (around 11am) instead of 1-130pm. Food variety and quality has improved as well. Customer service is great and responsive as usual. Customer service is friendly and attentive. Food is delivered early around 10am consistently for my area. Food is generally flavourful and tasty, although soups can be too salty at times. The portion is just nice for 2 pax with one of us being a big ... More eater. I would prefer if they introduce more variety of fish dishes, as they mostly provide deep fried fish fillet with a variety of dipping sauce. Overall still one of the best tingkats I have tried.

Ordered 5 days trial and am satisfied with the food variety and taste. However, portion is rather small, and it will be great if there is 3 dishes + soup option for lunch. One thing that differentiates them from other caterers is the special meal on ... More Tuesday and Friday, they are delicious and save us time from cooking rice. Delivery is contactless and consistently around 10am for my area.

Repeat order and this time the quality and quantity of food seems to have declined like others commented. Overall the food is still acceptable to me, but I am concerned about the delivery time to my location, which suddenly changed to around 1pm ... More every day. A few times the food even arrived close to 2pm while it was labelled safe to consume by 130pm. Nevertheless, customer service Cassie was friendly and helpful with checking of delivery status. I'll probably consider ordering again if they change delivery route in future.

Been trying several tingkat providers within the last few months, but always find myself coming back to Tim Delight over and over again. I like that the quality of the food is consistent over time, portion is generous, and food is generally healthy ... More with not too much salt or oil. One room for improvement is to replace french fries dishes with healthier and more wholesome alternative.

Second time ordering, food quality was consistently good throughout. Dishes were tasty, not too salty and the portion is just right for 2 pax. Love the soups too. It would be great if Tim Delight can exclude bittergourd from the menu (got it twice ... More in 10 days) as not many people like to eat it.

Good variety of dishes which are mostly tasty and not to salty or oily. Food arrives warm around 12pm for lunch. Customer service staff is friendly, responsive and receptive to feedback. Not very cheap, especially considering the surcharge for condo ... More customers, but I guess the food quality is well worth the price. Overall, I'm satisfied and have already renewed my package for another 10 days.
