Customer service has been excellent for the staff who has been communicating over whatsapp. However, the delivery timing to my area wasn't acceptable the first 3 days because it was rather late - either close to 2pm or after 2pm for lunch. It was ... More good that the service staff compensated with an extra day of free meal and they kept their word. I was informed there was a change of deliverer thereafter so I am not sure if the timing is consistent?

There was nothing too special about the food as it tasted pretty much like tingkat food. Their service was excellent as they accepted my late order for a next day lunch delivery, so the response had been really prompt. I realised not all caterers ... More are able to do that. And the food arrived before expected delivery time.
