Plus point is this caterer has steam fish, once a week.

Food is relatively more oily and salty than other caterers I have tried.

For some reason the sauce on some dishes becomes quite gooey, not sure if too much corn starch was added or food ... More was prepared too early.

Second time order. Food is good generally.

Food sometimes reaches at 10+ for lunch which is a bit early.

Most dishes are pretty good.

One area of improvement is the meat used in some chicken dishes is tough and dry, feels like the kind of meat after being used in cooking soup.
