Was initially hesitant to order from Hong Choo as this is a no-menu tingkat. There is fish once or twice a week. Ingredients are typically fresh, taste is good and I like that there's no MSG. However the 4th dish is often processed food. Meat ... More portions are generally adequate, except for 1 or 2 days. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables. Delivery is around 3.30pm to 4 pm. Delivery man follows instructions on contactless delivery and to ring doorbell. Net price increase again going forward.

Frequency of processed food as the 4th dish seems to have reduced, hope to have no processed food soon. I also do not like the bright orange artificial colouring nuggets. Pork belly with 60% fats has made a come back twice in this cycle. Prefer pork belly with only around 30% fats to 70% meat ratio. Meat portions vary. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables. Delivery timing is consistent everyday (around 3.10pm), which allows me to plan ahead. Twice, I was given pork belly with around 80% fats which I had to mostly cut and throw away, and there is hardly any meat left. Around 25% fats to 75% meat ratio is much better.
