Delivery timing too early and food was disappointing

We ordered from Hewtop Catering. The Tingkat was delivered to our place at 3pm. This is way too early for dinner as we return late from work most times. We feedback to the company and they allowed refund for the balance.

We find the dinner on ... More the first day of delivery not satisfactory. The Rendang chicken on the menu was replaced by Soya Sauce chicken. This dish did not look and taste fresh, as if it was not cooked on the same day. The minced chicken with preserved vegetables was disappointing. There was no preserved vegetables but frozen mixed instead. The worst dish was the ladyfingers. The vegetables was so old that it was so tough to chew.

We are however pleased with the customer services of FoodLine Sales. Thank you Ai Ying.
