Have been with Jessie for quite a while and is satisfied with their food quality and service. Will continue to stay with them until we are tired of their menu and variety. If you are into less oil less salt diet, I would recommend Jessie.

Have been with them for quite sometime. Their food taste has been consistent and low in oil which we like. Keep up the good work.

Have been with this caterer for quite some times. Thus far, the food quality and portion have been satisfactory although there are hiccups infrequently. The only feedback is the delivery time has been getting earlier and even reached my place before ... More 2pm on one occasion.

Caterer omitted rice on 05 Jul 2022 delivery. Caterer offered to compensate with an additional dish on 06 Jul 2022. Delivery time is getting earlier, as early as 2pm compared to previous deliveries which were around 3.30pm.

Have been with them for several months. So far so good except for one of the days, 3+1 was sent instead of 4 dishes. Feedback to the customer service and 4 dishes were sent the next day. No complains till date.

We switched to 3 dishes + 1 soup for the first time. The soup was not oily as compared to our previous caterer and yet it's palatable.

Been having their Tingkat since early Mar this year. Thus far, the food quality, portion and variety are satisfactory. Did feedback previously that their braised chicken was salty at times. Have improved since then. Will continue with them until we ... More get tired of their variety :)

Taste : Not salty but chicken dish can be salty at times.
Menu : Quite repetitive since it’s halal. Only chicken and fish.
Value for money.

This is our 3rd cycle and we had ordered our 4th cycle too. The taste and variety are decent. It's definitely value for money.

2nd cycle with the caterer. The food are generally palatable except for the braised chicken which had an odd taste. Perhaps it was cooked from frozen chicken or not thawed completely.
