I recently tried tingkat from Jiak Ba first for a 5 day, then continue with a 10 day trial which just ended. The food portion ordered for a 2 pax meal is just about ok for my elderly mum's lunch and dinner as she can't eat much. Food in general is ... More fresh and arrived still warm, healthy and not too salty but some dishes lack flavour. Wish the soup flavour could be better. Also vegetable dish could have more variety instead of mostly cai sim, xiao bai cai, nai bai. So far food arrives on time daily. Thank you for your service and for the free herbal tea ?

This review is our 3rd time on their 10 day Tingkat lunch. Wish they could add more variety of dishes as the menu is sometimes repeated. Would be great if they can do some dishes like what they do for their dinner menu. Actually the dinner pkg seems ... More to have more value for money as the pkg price we pay for lunch is same from what I can see on their website. So why dinner dishes are better e.g. chicken curry w potato, hainanese chicken, Buddha's delight, nyonya chap chye, teochew braised duck not offered for lunch?
The weekly free noodles is good to have. The 2 days jelly desert seems repeated, perhaps change one day jelly, one day with green bean or red bean soup would be nice, comfort food. Thanks for your great service and look forward to improved variety so we can stay on with you.

We've just renewed for another 20day with Roberts Catering. However, these days their delivery time seems to be an hr later than usual which affects my rating for them. Hope they can better the delivery timing.
