Food was OK but 1 soup has a 1.5cm worm in it. After I feedback, the soup plastic was delivered torn and spilled. Customer service did apologise and offer 1 free meal.

I like the soups,and most dishes, taste is ok. If the veg is fresher will be good, some veg or long bean turns yellow. Soups were previously packed in container and sealed. Now it is in plastic bag and put in the container. Have to untie or cut ... More plastic bag and pour, hence prefer previous packing. The prawns are delicious, but a bit troublesome to deshell and remove intestines before heating up to eat, esp when I am in a rush for a short lunch.

The food is generally tasty like coffee shop veg rice stall. I would prefer less oily, non-fried, steam dishes if possible. Initially had problem with deliveryman not pressing doorbell and just hang food at the gate and left quietly. Now resolved ... More after contacting cust service. Portion not a lot but enough.
