Food was not up to expectation. My selection includes 2 deep fried food, both were totally soggy. For taste wise, don't expect it to taste like your typical nearby mixed vegetable (Cai Png) stall. Just to give you guys a gauge, if the "Cai Png" ... More stall flavour is 100%, the buffet taste probably 30-35%. Personal preference, I find it too bland since it was actually a once in a while personal event. It could be due to cost-cutting or miscalculation on the amount of spices, it just wasn't like what other reviewers says. And Nonya Style Chap Cai was totally tasteless. I've also deliberately ordered a 15 pax for my guests (7 person in total) as I wanted it to be serve in the black "bento" packaging box (as shown in other's review with the same buffet package 2 weeks ago) however was mostly given the "zi char" square plastic box instead. Due to the packaging box size limit, certain food was stacked and became sticking together. One of it is the Siew Mai. You could probably see it in the photo.
