Sometimes the menu not good..........................................................................

Selected 430pm time slot when ordering but invoice stated 330pm. Food came at 4pm, early for my event. Chose half eclair half apple strudel, 10 pc each. Not that nice. But satay and yakitori is ok.

Food was ok. Delivery ok but 2-3 days delivered after 7pm. Service so-so. The Whatsapp service team doesn't apologize for the late delivery and pushed the blame to the delivery guy.

Vegetable was not fully cooked. All of my guests did not eat it. But sweet and Sour pork was ok.....

Food is ok but customer service not very prompt. See my WhatsApp msg alr but doesn't reply until I asked again few days later.

Even though I selected no chilli, the food will still have chilli sometimes.. delivery usually arrive at 3+pm.

First day of tingkat late, second day of tingkat no delivery, another few times late, once the driver delivered the food after 7pm.

Portion small for 2 pax. Sometimes still feel hungry after eating. WhatsApp service not good. Very slow in replying. Sometimes they ignore the msg

Food was decent. Slightly lesser than other tingkat caterer. Response wise not quick and have to ask them to acknowledge the message a few times.

Photo not same as what was advertised on foodline. Pandan chicken doesn't look or taste like it. Caterer said it's the chef own recipe. If so then indicate it on the website. Don't deliver something that we didn't choose for and then ignored our msg ... More after that. No follow up or whatsoever.
