Food was decent. Slightly lesser than other tingkat caterer. Response wise not quick and have to ask them to acknowledge the message a few times.

Photo not same as what was advertised on foodline. Pandan chicken doesn't look or taste like it. Caterer said it's the chef own recipe. If so then indicate it on the website. Don't deliver something that we didn't choose for and then ignored our msg ... More after that. No follow up or whatsoever.

Food and service wasn't up to expectations this month. No longer reply to my WhatsApp this month as compared to previous month. Could be cause I never renew the tingkat now.

Had good impression until recently two consecutive incidents which disappointed us. Decided to change to another caterer after this ends.

Food was decent. Delivery timing usually the same. Fast response from WhatsApp.......................

Food was good. sometimes certain food portion small for 2 pax. like two pieces of food that kind. but overall ok.

Delivery was on time most of the time. Maybe just 2-3 days were quite late (almost 7pm). Food taste good.

Easy to buy and send voucher. Convenient to use voucher and redeem item. Should have more merchants or lower denomination like $2 or $5.

There was a period where the soup didn't smell good. Probably cause of the weather. Changed to 4 dishes instead and continued that way. Caterer quick response.

Delivery guy always put in the thermal bag hung outside my gate. sometimes food will spill. decent food.
