Delivery was on time - Early to be exact which was a plus point. Set up was quick but disappointed that there was barely any decor. Infact, it was too simple. Requested for food tags through the phone which was never delivered. Delivery guy told me ... More if it was requested, it would have been indicated on invoice. Had to keep repeating to our guests of over 70 pax on what was what. Broccoli was yellow and old. Disappointing. Not sure if we’ll repeat with this caterer again.

Order was confirmed by coordinator ahead of event. Driver / Delivery Mr Chu Ming was on time and was very patient and professional throughout setup despite our guests arriving early and was hungry. He had the food setup professionally with no stress ... More to ensure our guests could enjoy the food. Food quality was superb and guests were in raves of the food! Only disappointed with the Pad Thai as we thought it will be the skinny pad thai noodles kway teow instead of broken glass noodles. But other than this dish, all other dishes were amazingly delicious! Definitely recommending this caterer and menu!

Unprofessional with rude attitude

Do not rely on them for special dietary meals. Paid for vegetarian bentos in addition to the buffet for my guests which the Driver initially lied that he forgot to bring it along. When I requested for him to go get it from the factory, he rudely ... More said by the time he returns, it will be the end of the event. And insisted he will get a refund for us. It does not take 3.5hrs to travel from Tampines to Woodlands, back to Tampines right? When insisted, he said the kitchen did not prepare and that was it. There was nothing he can do and we have to accept the refund. The attitude and tone was extremely unprofessional.

When we decided we had to go out to buy the vegetarian meal for our 2 guests, the driver rudely said, if you want me to go buy the 2 meals, I will go. Is that what you want?? We did not want to argue further and got him to go get it as our guests were arriving and upon return, he told us to REMEMBER to put in a good word for him that he WENT OUT to buy the 2 meals and that he has to be reimbursed.

This experience completely ruined our mood for the event and will not recommend this caterer especially if you have special dietary preferences.
