I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Fu Kwee Caterer Pte Ltd

To begin with, I must commend the quality of the food, which was excellent as usual. However, the service rendered by the sales operator and ... More delivery personnel was far from satisfactory. I wish to bring your attention to the following issues:

1. Lack of Responsiveness: We were disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from the sales operator when we had queries regarding the delivery schedule. Despite acknowledging our query, there was no response, leaving us unsure about when our food would arrive.

2. Delayed Delivery: We had clearly indicated that the buffet line should be ready by 11am, yet the delivery driver arrived at 11:25am, excluding the time needed for set-up. This delay caused inconvenience to our guests, and we had to contact your company for an update.

3. Unprofessional Behavior: The delivery guy, while tearing down the buffet, seemed to express his displeasure by banging the tables loudly and forcefully. This behavior was concerning, especially considering that there were children present at the event.

4. Poor Quality Equipment: The rented tables provided were in a deplorable condition, with black scratch marks and stains. We paid a considerable amount for these tables, and they did not meet the expected standards.

Overall, the service we received was unprofessional and left us feeling embarrassed for having chosen your company for our event. As a result of these issues, we have decided not to use your catering services in the future.

We kindly request that you take these complaints seriously and make improvements in your service to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
