Part of a continuous order. Previously complained to caterer about late delivery and the delivery time improved but food quality is still not as good as our first couple of orders. Overall, can still be improved.

Recurring order but was disappointed this time round as the food quality has dropped and delivery was late on the second day as the food arrive at 8pm. One of the dish had already turned sour. Contacted the caterer about it but no action was taken, ... More only asked us to be considerate of the traffic but no service recovery when we asked if we are expected to eat the food even when they have already turned sour when it is delivered.

Was hoping to test new tingkat caterer but later found out that this is under same umbrella company as Kim's Caterer which I have ordered before. Overall, same quality with Kim's Caterer which is average but cost slightly more even when they share ... More the exact same menu.

The food is below average and soup packed leaks most of the time. Most disappointed by the "fried seasonal vegetables" especially the pumpkin which was very bland.

Made a mistake in my contact number but the caterer can be easily contacted and corrected the issue. The staff were very helpful.

Second time ordering from this caterer. Love how they do not require order of 4-5 days prior to the start date. Overall food is quite nice.

The food from East West Fusion is pretty decent. We are especially pleased by the inclusion of rice by default which saved us some time too.
