Food: The portion size was more than enough. Cereal Prawns meat was firm and consider quite big. Most guests commented the veggie dish to be too salty. Though the caterer had told in advance that the yam paste would be quite sweet, but it was still ... More well received by the guests.
Setup: Food not ready by 6.30pm. Driver forgot to bring lighter for the food warmers, so we had to went around to borrow one from a security guard. Took some time to finally heat up the food and ready for eating around 7pm. Placement of the food trays incorrect. E.g. orange sauce for the chicken cutlet placed next to the yam paste, while the chicken cutlet tray was on the "upper level". Coconut Milk for the yam paste also not placed next to it. Yam paste being the dessert was placed in the middle, instead at the side.
