The food can be less salty especially those dishes that use soy sauce especially the vegetables and meat. For dishes that have fried fish, I noticed that flour is a lot compared to the fish meat. My suggestion is to use less flour and more fish meat ... More so that I don't feel like I'm eating mostly flour. Alternatively, caterer can include steamed fish dish.
