Regarding the menu variety, we're glad you chose to give us a try after looking for ... More something different. We understand that taste is subjective, and we're sorry that some dishes were saltier than you preferred.

For our soups, we would like to clarify that not every soup is designed as a protein soup. Our menus include a variety of traditional home-style soups, and the ingredients are listed in advance on the published menu for customers to review before subscribing.

On portion size, our meals are prepared based on the serving portions stated for each package. While different caterers may have different portion standards, we always strive to provide a balanced meal with fresh ingredients and no canned food.

Regarding delivery timing, our stated delivery window is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Deliveries made within this time frame are considered on schedule. On the rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances affected operations, substitute dishes were provided to ensure customers still received a complete meal.

We are, however, particularly concerned by your comments about off-odours. Food safety is something we take extremely seriously. If there had been any issue with the food upon delivery, we would have appreciated being informed immediately so our team could investigate, arrange a replacement where appropriate, and identify the cause. Without timely feedback, it is unfortunately not possible for us to verify or rectify the situation.
