Food standard is very bad, for the beancurd tofu with minced meat, the meat got a weird taste which is not fresh, the sauce is so dark and salty! For the prawn paste chicken, it is so dark as it was over fried! The pork rib king meat is so thin like ... More paper sliced meat, the meat is not fleshy at all! Crispy butter prawn is not crispy at all! The prawns is not properly covered with the marinade to fried and the prawn is not fresh and stick with the shell! For sweet and sour fish, the fish is not crispy and soft and sauce is not enough to cover the fish properly! Only the fried rice and sotong you tiao is acceptable but not for the rest of the dishes! Basically not value for money at all! Will never order from this caterer anymore!
