Ordered 3 tables for my guests but they forgot. They asked me if i still wanted it and they said they woll arrange immediately and i said of course as my guests need table to eat. But the tables only came after 2 hours and my guests are already in ... More the room and setting up them up is already impossible. Wanted a refund as i was not able to use the tables due to tables only arriving after guests are already eating without tables but only offered 50% refund and reason is i insisted i still wanted the tables (who knows they only able to deliver after 2 hours). After the event, packing is supposed to be 3pm. They only came and 3.40pm and i was being complained by the condo management. The caterer said 3.40pm is still around 3pm. Only 1 person came to pack up which i believe its due to their manpower shortage which delayed a lot of time.

Overall food was good,sufficient and worth the price. But they need to improve on their service if they want customer loyalty.
